- Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (SGT), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery estimate.
- Order handling time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped by one of our trusted carriers.
- Transit time: 6 to 8 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Estimated total delivery time: 7 to 10 business days.

WHERE IS OUR COMPANY BASED?
We are based in Singapore, however, as we have multiple sorting centers from around the world, not all products will be shipping from our Singapore warehouse. This allows us to offer our products at a much more affordable price.
