Eligibility for Returns

- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- In the original packaging with tags and labels attached.
- Certain items such as clearance/sale products, gift cards, and personalized/custom-made items are non-returnable.
Return Process
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive the return instructions.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
- We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
