Eligibility for Returns

    • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
    • In the original packaging with tags and labels attached.
    • Certain items such as clearance/sale products, gift cards, and personalized/custom-made items are non-returnable.

    Return Process

      1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.
      2. Once approved, you will receive the return instructions.
      3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

      Refunds

        • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
        • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
        • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

        Exchanges

          • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

          Damaged or Incorrect Items

          • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
          • We will provide a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
